Dr. Sanyukta Chhibber is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) & Organizational Behavior (OB) at DBS Global University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Bringing over four years of specialized teaching and research experience, she holds a Ph.D. and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Uttaranchal University, alongside a Bachelor of Science from DBS (PG) College. Her scholarly portfolio features Scopus-indexed IEEE publications, alongside advanced professional certifications in People Analytics and Team Building. Her research intersects human resources with modern technological integrations, highlighted by patents in AI, machine learning, and cloud-based systems.
