Dr. Raghvendra Singh, Editor of Farm to Fruit: Principles & Practices, is an academician and researcher serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Allied Industries, Rama University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. His academic expertise includes Soil Science, Soil Conservation, Water Management, Plant Nutrition, and sustainable agricultural production. He is actively engaged in teaching, research supervision, academic publications, and the mentoring of postgraduate and doctoral scholars.
As the author of Chapter 2, “Integrated Nutrient & Agrochemical Stewardship in Horticulture,” Dr. Singh examines the balanced and responsible use of nutrients and agrochemicals in horticultural production. The chapter explains the principles and objectives of Integrated Nutrient Management, soil–plant–nutrient relationships, and the role of macro, secondary, and micronutrients in fruit crops.
